Performance Measures

School performance measures help parents, carers, and the wider community understand how well a school is supporting pupils to achieve their full potential. These measures are set by the Department for Education (DfE) and are used to assess how effectively schools help children progress academically from their starting points.

At The Gem Federation, we believe that performance data is just one part of the bigger picture. While these measures provide useful information about academic outcomes - such as attainment in reading, writing, and maths - we also value the personal, creative, and social development of every child.

Performance data for all schools is published annually by the DfE and can be viewed on the School and College Performance Tables website. This allows parents to compare results and understand how schools perform locally and nationally. Below are direct links to each of our school performance tables.
